As an IT Support Specialist, you will be part of a collaborative environment where you can expand your ideas using the right tools to contribute to our success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ticket Management: Receive, prioritize, and manage service desk tickets using software solutions.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, guiding users through problem-solving steps or escalating issues as necessary.
- User Support and Guidance: Provide direct support to users on system issues, access requests, password resets, and other general IT inquiries.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of issues and solutions.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor service desk activity, tracking open vs. closed tickets and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
