Job Overview

The Customer Service Director plays a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction by leading and supporting a team of customer service representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve customer experience and intimacy.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive local customer strategy and execution for customer service reliability and responsiveness.
  • Manage and control performance on service level agreements with customers.
  • Lead order management cycle activities, defining processes, targets, and monitoring cases to drive improvements.
About the Ideal Candidate
  • Must have Graduation in Engineer/Business Administration/Economic or System sciences.
  • Nice to have: Postgraduate, MBA, or MD in Project Management/Strategic Management/Business Management.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish.
  • Proven experience in senior customer service roles.
  • Ability to lead and manage changes in a complex environment.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in managing multi-cultural, dispersed teams.
