The Customer Service Director plays a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction by leading and supporting a team of customer service representatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to improve customer experience and intimacy.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive local customer strategy and execution for customer service reliability and responsiveness.
- Manage and control performance on service level agreements with customers.
- Lead order management cycle activities, defining processes, targets, and monitoring cases to drive improvements.
- Must have Graduation in Engineer/Business Administration/Economic or System sciences.
- Nice to have: Postgraduate, MBA, or MD in Project Management/Strategic Management/Business Management.
- Proficient in English and Spanish.
- Proven experience in senior customer service roles.
- Ability to lead and manage changes in a complex environment.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in managing multi-cultural, dispersed teams.
