We are seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to spearhead client acquisition and drive growth for our clients.
About The PositionThe ideal candidate will possess 3–5 years of experience in a full-cycle BDR role, preferably with a background in staffing or consulting. Fluency in English is essential, with a neutral or Latin-American accent being beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Proactively prospect potential clients through emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other sales methods to generate new business opportunities.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in our CRM system to track progress and follow up as needed.
- Booking Meetings: Schedule and confirm meetings for the founder, providing prep materials to ensure successful pitches.
- Draft Outreach Materials: Craft customized outreach emails and LinkedIn messages that reflect our approach to personalized communication.
- Market Feedback: Share insights and feedback from the market directly with the founder to inform strategic decisions.
- Activity Tracking: Maintain accurate records of daily activities and ensure all KPIs are consistently tracked and reported.
- 3–5 years of experience in a full-cycle BDR role
- Background in staffing or consulting preferred
- Fluent English, with a neutral or Latin-American accent
- Strong written communication skills in English required
- Organized, self-directed, and results-driven
- Comfortable using CRM systems to manage leads and track sales progress
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience
