Business Operations Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Business Operations Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives in Brazil. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the expansion of our services, leveraging their expertise to optimize business processes and develop strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of business growth strategies, focusing on market research and competitor analysis;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction;
  • Maintain accurate records of key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders;
  • Develop and manage relationships with key partners, suppliers, and customers;
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in business operations or a related field;
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
