Customer Solutions Analyst Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Customer Solutions Analyst to work closely with our Customer Success Managers and Solution Architects. This person will be responsible for supporting client implementations, analyzing platform usage data, and providing insights to help deliver smooth onboarding and ongoing client success.

  • Support client implementations by working closely with Customer Success Managers and Solution Architects.
  • Analyze and interpret platform usage data to provide valuable insights.
  • Assist in monitoring and troubleshooting client configurations.
  • Help with documentation, process mapping, and identifying improvements in client onboarding or retention.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively in English with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • A basic understanding of web technologies such as JavaScript, APIs, GTM, and analytics tools.
  • A strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Experience in eCommerce, customer support, or CSM-related environments is preferred.
  • You should be proactive, organized, and comfortable in a cross-functional support role.
