Latin America Employee Benefits Director

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive our employee benefits and wellbeing strategy across LATAM markets. This is a key role that will require strategic thinking, effective communication, and collaboration skills to develop and implement programmes that support the health, wellbeing, and productivity of our employees.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in total rewards, with experience in designing and delivering employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives. They will also have excellent project management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders. In addition, they will be able to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and HR business partners to drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive benefits and wellbeing strategy for LATAM markets
  • Leading the design and delivery of employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives, including mental health and wellbeing programmes
  • Ensuring sustainable healthcare strategies and cost efficiencies
  • Reviewing and approving car policy changes and retirement programme changes
  • Driving TR digitalisation through flexible benefits and TRS implementation

Qualifications and requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in total rewards, with some experience in benefits
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Project management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Digital savvy and user-experience focus
  • Strategic mindset and outside-in thinking
