About the Role

We are seeking an experienced OTC Sales Trader to join our team in LATAM. As a key member of our institutional sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with large institutions, family offices, and other high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute OTC sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including large institutions, family offices, and other high-net-worth individuals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, compliance, and legal, to ensure seamless execution of trades and onboarding of new clients
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments, and provide insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in OTC sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market and industry trends
