Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior HR Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our Functional Business Unit teams and contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support to FBU teams on recruitment, employer branding, training, and communication.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in HR practices.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Fluent Portuguese and advanced English language skills.
  • Desirable: post-graduation in People Management or Business Management.
