Job Title: Electrotechnical Support Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a part-time Electrotechnical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support to customers via calls and emails.

Your primary responsibility will be to resolve technical issues, gather data, and maintain updated records of failures, maintenance activities, and bugs.

You will work closely with technicians, customers, and subcontractors to ensure timely resolution of complex cases.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional technical support via calls and emails
  • Assume ownership of technical issues
  • Resolve support inquiries of various difficulties
  • Gather data to ensure the required technical info is collected to resolve even more complex tickets
  • Maintain working knowledge of products and services
  • Support on-site activities for both technicians, customers, and subcontractors
  • Manage and maintain updated records of failures, maintenance activities, and bugs

Requirements:

  • Essential Skills:
  • Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
  • 2-4 years of prior experience in technical support, field service or related technical role
  • Strong knowledge of basic electrical concepts (Amps, Volts, Watts, load balancing)
  • Experience communicating with electricians, contractors or technically-minded customers
  • Familiarity with construction plans or wiring schematics
  • Experience with ticketing systems, CRM, and accounting software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
