Debtor and Creditors Clerk Opportunity\

The role of a Debtor and Creditors Clerk is pivotal in ensuring the seamless management of debtors and creditors functions. Key responsibilities include cash book processing, reconciling accounts, and accurately allocating supplier invoices.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • Process and verify supplier invoices for accuracy.\
  • Correctly allocate supplier invoices to respective accounts.\
  • Promptly prepare and dispatch supplier payments as per established standards.\
  • Efficiently manage customer invoices, including follow-ups on Proof of Delivery (PODs).\
  • Regularly run customer statements in accordance with standard operating procedures.
\Requirements:\
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar capacity.\
  • An accounting or finance-related degree or diploma.\
  • A comprehensive understanding of financial operations and a hands-on approach.\
  • At least 4 years of experience working with Sage 200 Evolution or a similar software package.\
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with various levels of the organization.
