A nossa equipe procura por um profissional dedicado e motivado para assumir o papel de Scrum Master. Nesta função, você será responsável por facilitar as cerimônias ágeis do Daily, Planning, Review e Retrospective.
Responsabilidades:- Facilitar as cerimônias ágeis;
- Remover impedimentos que afetam o time;
- Promover a cultura ágil e apoiar na aplicação de boas práticas do Scrum;
- Ser o elo entre time de desenvolvimento, Product Owner e áreas parceiras;
- Monitorar e acompanhar métricas de performance das equipes;
- Estimular a melhoria contínua nos processos e entregas;
- Apoiar o Product Owner na organizização e priorização do backlog;
- Fomentar um ambiente colaborativo, seguro e produtivo;
- Experiência comprovada como Scrum Master (mínimo de 2 anos);
- Conhecimento sólido em metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.);
- Capacidade de facilitar decisões, mediar conflitos e engajar equipes;
- Domínio de ferramentas de gestão ágil (Youtrack, Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.);
- Boa comunicação, proatividade e foco em resultados;
- Certificação Scrum Master válida (CSM, PSM ou similar).
- Trabalho em equipe e espírito colaborativo;
- Disciplina, organização e planejamento;
- Atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de acompanhar todas as etapas dos processos internos;
- Comunicação clara e empática;
- Dinamismo e proatividade;
- Vontade real de aprender, evoluir e se conectar com pessoas.
