Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional to take on the role of Business Analyst in a remote setting in Brazil. This position requires someone who is eager to learn and grow within their career.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct business process analysis, gather requirements, and work closely with stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions and process improvements.
  • Bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements from stakeholders, gather, analyze, and document these requirements.
  • Conduct process analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop functional specifications, user stories, and workflows for projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and management.
  • Conduct data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring of deliverables.
  • Validate and verify data in Snowflake and in Data Bricks.
  • Initial validation between Tableau reports and Snowflake for data issues reported by business.
  • Work with Agile methodologies (Scrum).
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Project management skills and experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge in SQL.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Advanced English; Basic Spanish.
