Job Description:

As a seasoned Technology Project Lead, you will spearhead multiple complex projects in agile environments, ensuring seamless execution and delivering exceptional results.

Working alongside 7 to 14 team members, you will coach, guide, and empower the team to remove roadblocks, improve processes, and maintain a fast-paced coding environment. Your expertise in project management, combined with strong technical knowledge, will enable you to decipher functions, audit processes, and make data-driven decisions.

You will be responsible for managing competing priorities, fostering collaboration, and driving results-oriented outcomes. Your ability to adapt to changing circumstances, think critically, and lead by example will make you an invaluable asset to our organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leading and managing multiple complex projects in agile environments;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences;
  • Project and process management skills, including industry-standard project management methodologies;
  • Experience working with offshore teams and distributed project teams across multiple time zones;
  • Strong technical background, with proficiency in languages such as Flutter, React, or similar technologies;
  • Ability to write clean, high-quality code that meets Sonar quality gates;
  • Advanced English language skills;
  • Proven experience dealing with challenging team members and personnel issues;
