Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned technical project manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of various programs within our organization.

  • This role requires strong organizational skills, teamwork, and the ability to support cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
  • The ideal candidate must understand software development lifecycle in an agile environment and infrastructure management.
Key Responsibilities

Some of the key duties include:

  • Assisting in managing multiple programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborating with team members to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Helping develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitoring program performance and assisting in implementing necessary adjustments to ensure success.
  • Facilitating communication between teams and stakeholders to ensure transparency and collaboration.
  • Preparing and presenting program updates and reports to senior management.
  • Identifying risks and assisting in developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on program delivery.
Requirements

The following qualifications are required for this position:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management with product or Infrastructure teams or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with at least one Agile Lifecycle Management tool (e.g. Rally, JIRA) & experience with Software development project lifecycle in an agile environment.
  • Service Now / Solve IT technology deployment experience is a plus.
  • Successful experience working with geographically diverse teams and international exposure.
Skills

The following skills are required for this position:

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Knowledge and/or experience of working with Product Development and Infrastructure teams.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills with technical teams (to accomplish project goals) and all levels of management/leadership.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated and energetic individual.
  • Able to propagate information promptly, clearly, and unambiguously.
  • Able to adapt style to different working environments, situations, and cultures.
  • Attention to detail, time management, and organization skills.
