We are seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our group, you will be responsible for participating in projects and providing consulting services such as software configuration and customization.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in project activities to ensure successful implementation and deployment of solutions.
- Provide expert consulting services to customers, including software configuration and customization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Conduct customer training and workshops to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Develop and provide solutions to routine customer problems and provide guidance and user support.
- Share relevant information with leaders and colleagues to drive business growth and success.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in engineering, system analysis, or a related field.
- Recent graduate with professional experience in a relevant industry and/or similar technology in a technical support/consulting role.
- Experience in projects or solution implementation, with knowledge of project management and project control methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL statements and programming languages such as JavaScript and VBA.
- Intermediate level of English and Spanish language proficiency.
