Expert Solution Developer

Deliver high-value solutions throughout the full life cycle of contracts, from initial planning to successful implementation. This involves working closely with account teams to identify and manage key partner and vendor relationships, ensuring fully integrated solutions for specific client engagements.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in delivering complex solutions. Additionally, they should be able to analyze business needs and develop tailored technical proposals that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with account teams to provide presales solutions design support for customers within multiple competencies based on the full services lifecycle.
  • Develop quality technical proposals using internal tools and maintain a thorough understanding of company systems and processes.
  • Contribute to the production of proposals for specific solution blocks assigned on all opportunities, including effort and solution costing elements.
  • Accountable for cost collection and basic business case information for profitability with Account teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent is desirable.
  • Technical certifications such as CCNA/CCNP Level are desirable.
  • Business background and acumen is desirable.
  • Excellent English language skills (speak, read, and write) is mandatory.
  • Related work experience within the telecom or IT industry or equivalent is required.
  • Proficiency in WAN and SD-WAN design and routing protocols, specifically BGP, and MPLS overall design.
  • Knowledge on LAN and Wireless LAN technology, preferably Cisco, including Meraki.
  • Expertise on Cisco and Microsoft Unified Communications and Collaboration solutions is a plus.
  • Knowledge of IT best practices, i.e., ITIL, is a plus.
