Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project planning and control, as well as advanced English skills.

  1. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of internal organizational projects, including monitoring and executing the project plan, addressing all knowledge areas of the Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Control process groups, and providing support in constructing detailed scopes of work.

Scope and Communication Planning:

  • The selected candidate will facilitate connections and integration among business units (stakeholders) through a communication plan.
  • They will provide support in constructing detailed scopes of work.

Project Execution and Monitoring:

  1. The Project Manager will track planned work execution, managing quality of deliverables, performance against proposed objectives, costs, and information integrity, and adherence to agreed schedules.

Risk Management and Improvement Proposals:

  1. The candidate will identify potential risks proactively and develop improvement proposals and corrective plans.

Team and Stakeholder Mediation:

  1. The Project Manager will act as a mediator between the operational team and senior management.
  2. They will efficiently oversee projects and address partner needs by presenting relevant business unit information.

Business Growth and Continuous Improvement:

  1. The successful candidate will support company growth by organizing and prioritizing initiatives, providing consulting, recommendations, and activity follow-up, and assisting in implementing continuous improvement actions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. A bachelor's degree in business administration, production engineering, or other related fields.
  2. Post-graduation or MBA in project management, certifications in project management (e.g., PMP).
  3. Three years of experience in project planning and control.
  4. Advanced English - writing/reading/communication.
