Job Overview

We are transforming the fitness and wellness industry by partnering with numerous studios, gyms, salons, and spas globally.

This role plays a vital part in creating a positive work environment through various tasks.

  • Process data entry, ensuring accuracy according to established policies.
  • Manage employee terminations, maintaining master data including Job Assignments and Organizational Hierarchies.
  • Generate and distribute reports on schedule and for ad-hoc needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Files and maintains electronic personnel files.
  • Works closely with stakeholders to provide an exceptional employee experience.
  • Routes forms and contracts for approval using our secure account.
  • Provides administrative support to the team.

Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in Global Human Resources with specific experience in the US, India, Australia, Latin America, and the UK.
  • 3+ years of experience with HRIS systems and operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.

  • Team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
  • Ability to work independently and process detailed work.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
