At the forefront of manufacturing innovation, we are seeking a skilled Injection Molding Analyst to join our team.

This role involves driving high-quality product development through expert knowledge of injection molding processes and collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate complex injection molding machines and conduct thorough testing to ensure optimal part quality under various environmental conditions.
  • Collaborate with R&D professionals to develop innovative solutions from an OEE perspective, interpret technical drawings with intricate GD&T, and evaluate feasible tolerances.
  • Perform mold assembly, disassembly, and maintenance tasks while supporting the upkeep of our lab's infrastructure.

Direct collaboration with the R&D team is essential in this role, requiring highly organized work that aligns with our standards for precision and agility.

Requirements
  • Proven experience working with injection molds.
  • Proficiency in operating injection molding equipment.
  • Expertise in Office Suite or G Suite.

Bonus points for experience with high-temperature polymers, teamwork within R&D settings, or proficiency in English language reading comprehension.
