Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or applied math; master's or other advanced degree preferred.\
  • Professional work experience in manufacturing/supply chain in basic materials industries or consumer goods companies.\
  • Experience in applying advanced manufacturing technology, including digital and big data.\
  • Proven record in defining and implementing digital strategies across the value chain.\
  • Proficiency in predictive analytics, optimization, mine planning tools, simulations, and automation.\
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.\
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and Portuguese, with Spanish as a plus.\
  • Comfortable with extensive travel.\
