AI Developer Role

We are seeking a talented AI developer to join our team. As an AI developer, you will work on designing and implementing scalable GenAI infrastructure with a focus on distributed training and inference optimization.

You will also develop production-grade code using modern software engineering practices (SWE, SOLID, design patterns) and collaborate with research and engineering teams to productionize GenAI solutions using retrieval and agent-based approaches.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working in Python development and software engineering, including real-world experience designing, implementing, and optimizing microservices and working hands-on with relational and NoSQL databases in production environments.

The role requires strong knowledge of cloud platforms, containerization, and orchestration, as well as experience deploying AI systems to cloud environments ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Additionally, the candidate should have 2+ years of experience working with GenAI frameworks and techniques, including retrieval-based and agent-based approaches, and addressing GenAI-specific challenges such as hallucinations and prompt sensitivity.

The successful candidate will be able to reason about trade-offs in AI system design (e.g., performance vs. cost, accuracy vs. latency) and stay current with emerging trends and tools in the AI/ML ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in Python development and software engineering.

  • Experience deploying AI systems to cloud environments.
  • 2+ years of experience working with GenAI frameworks and techniques.
  • Advanced English Level required.
