Key Responsibilities- Design and implement frameworks for integrating General Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) technology with existing products and development workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering and scientific teams to identify opportunities for GenAI-driven automation and efficiency improvements.
- Establish best practices and guidelines for GenAI development and usage across the organization.
- Develop reference architectures and technical guidelines for GenAI feature integration.
The ideal engineer will be highly analytical, have great judgment, and passion for building exceptional customer experiences, be inventive, and have a strong track record of delivery. They should also have a pragmatic approach and iterative mindset to building software, with experience in simplifying and getting things done, demonstrated by a track record of building and delivering software and working effectively with external and internal teams.
