We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships and driving sales growth.

  • We require the following skills:
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in account management, client success or sales, preferably in a B2B product-based environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding client satisfaction targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM for client and project management, as well as experience working in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Familiarity with Slack for internal communication is required.

  • Experience & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
  • Possess excellent time management and organizational skills, ensuring seamless execution of multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with key clients through relationship-building and strategic planning.
  • Demonstrate expertise in negotiation techniques to successfully close deals and increase revenue.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to provide value-added services to clients.
