Global Customer Care Specialist

This position involves delivering exceptional customer support via ticket and chat, helping customers utilize specific product features, and contributing to the development of knowledge base articles and tutorials.
You will analyze, troubleshoot, and report product malfunctions, investigate and escalate complex technical issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams regarding bugs and new feature suggestions.
Experience in multichannel customer care roles is mandatory, preferably in a Software as a Service environment. Fluency and experience in English, Portuguese, and Spanish are required, along with experience using helpdesk software and familiarity with implementing AI in helpdesk.
