Job Title: Marketing Pillar Manager

The role of the Marketing Pillar Manager is to oversee the execution of the market brand strategy, focusing on driving cultural relevance for a leading sports apparel company in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Main point of contact for all touchpoints with Culture Marketing throughout the organization.
  • Build and manage partner portfolio (artists, influencers, content creators) to achieve Brand and Category objectives.
  • Manage initiatives in culture territories (music, fashion, sports, art) mediated by influencers, along with content production and measurement.
  • Maintain day-to-day relationship with partners and their staffs aligned to Brand and Category objectives.
  • Ensure implementations comply with approved plans following investment behind priorities.
  • Manage third-party agencies to provide correct service level to partners.
  • Assure partner activation guidelines are followed and delivered according to Brand Comms strategy.

Requirements:

  • Stakeholder management (internal and external)
  • Team player
  • Knowledge/previous experience in Culture/Influencer Marketing
  • Fluent in English (writing and verbal)
