As a Cultural Ambassador, you will work closely with various business areas to develop and execute integrated plans that align with Apple's strategic goals. Your focus will be on engaging high-visibility individuals and organizations to drive cultural projects and initiatives in Brazil.
About the Role
This role involves working with communications leaders and teams worldwide to create and implement strategic plans and programs. You will integrate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet Apple's standards for strategy, timeliness, and quality.
You will also maintain relationships with prominent Apple users across the region, identifying opportunities to maximize benefits for all parties involved. Regular update reports will be created for internal teams, while participating in and managing multiple projects to ensure their successful execution.
To stay ahead, you will need to keep a pulse on emerging cultural insights and share trends with the Buzz organization and Geo Marketing team, bringing inspiration and new perspectives into your work.
Requirements
7+ years of relevant experience working in a similar capacity or roles dealing directly with celebrities and influencers are required. Proficiency in Portuguese and English is necessary, as well as the ability to travel up to 20%.
A BS/BA or equivalent experience is preferred, along with confidence in engaging at the highest level of influence and speaking to talent and internal executives.
Understanding of local popular culture and knowledge of a wide range of cultural touch points are also essential. Strong knowledge base and personal use of Apple products and software are required, as well as proven ability to build and maintain successful relationships and establish business partnerships.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are necessary. Comfort with high volumes of information and quickly breaking down what action needs to be taken is also required.
Direct experience dealing with sensitive and confidential information with integrity is necessary, along with excellent communication and written skills.
