Job Description:

As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via various channels. You will be the face of our company, and your interactions with customers will shape their perception of our brand.

You will be working in a multicultural and multilingual environment, interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to build strong relationships with our customers and provide them with personalized support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent Italian and English language skills (at least C1 level)
  • Analytical and Research Skills: Ability to analyze complex customer issues and provide effective solutions
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and ability to learn new software quickly
