About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Support Agent. As a representative of our organization, you will be responsible for interacting with customers and assisting them with their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers in their preferred language, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain high-quality standards with attention to detail and accuracy, delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, providing solutions and follow-ups to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Respond professionally to inquiries via multiple channels, including Webchat, Email, and Phone.
  • Elevate customer requests when necessary, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Investigate customer concerns thoroughly, providing satisfactory outcomes and escalating issues as needed.
  • Promote a culture of responsible gaming, championing our commitment to player safety and well-being.
  • Stay informed about current rules, processes, and licensing requirements, ensuring compliance and adherence to industry standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals, driving success through teamwork and open communication.
What We're Looking For
  • Fluency in English and native proficiency in Portuguese, with additional languages a significant advantage.
  • Prior customer service experience is welcome, but not essential, as we provide comprehensive in-house training and development opportunities.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals and adapt to different personalities.
  • A customer-focused approach, with flexibility to work shifts and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers, including touch typing and other relevant software applications.
  • Resilience and ability to perform well under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced setting.
