Job Title: VIP Business Development Manager

Location: Remote - Brazil

Our client, a well-established gaming operator, is seeking an experienced VIP Account Manager to expand and nurture the VIP customer segment, working closely with the existing team.

This role will focus on building strong relationships with high-value clients, implementing retention strategies, and enhancing the overall VIP experience. It's an ideal opportunity for individuals with account management experience looking to develop their skills in a dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Assist in identifying and onboard new VIP clients through prospecting and networking efforts.
    • Relationship Management: Support the management of VIP client relationships to ensure exceptional satisfaction levels.
      • Retention Strategies: Collaborate in designing and implementing engagement strategies to boost player loyalty.
        • Incentives and Promotions: Work closely with senior team members to create and improve personalized offers, incentives, and promotions for VIP clients.
          • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor key performance metrics such as betting volume, customer acquisition cost (CAC), retention rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
            • Reporting: Assist in preparing comprehensive reports on VIP performance and account development.
              • Compliance: Ensure adherence to responsible gaming and company policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably within the online gaming industry.
    • A wallet or existing player base would be highly beneficial.
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting client relationships.
        • Familiarity with sports betting and online casino markets is a plus.
          • Ability to analyze data and reports to understand customer behavior.
            • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
              • Flexibility to work irregular hours when required.
