The RoleThis position is responsible for ensuring seamless compliance with safety standards and regulations. This involves supporting drivers through various means, including background checks and regulatory adherence.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough background checks on driver candidates.
- Verify drivers meet company and Department of Transportation (DOT) compliance standards.
- Handle post-accident documentation, drug/alcohol tests, and any other relevant matters.
- Review driver violations and submit necessary documentation in a timely manner.
- Provide prompt responses to safety tickets and driver inquiries.
- Maintain and submit all required regulatory documents on schedule.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Previous experience within the trucking industry is highly valued but not mandatory.
