Accounting Specialist Role

The Accounting Specialist plays a pivotal role in our organization by ensuring the accurate and timely completion of accounting operations. This involves supporting financial integrity and compliance, contributing to daily reconciliations, accruals management, and the monthly closing process, while maintaining organized financial records and collaborating with internal stakeholders and auditors.



Responsibilities:
  • Daily bank reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of account balances.
  • Receive and book documents in the ERP accounting system, maintaining transparency and efficiency throughout the process.
  • Accruals control and analysis to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors.
  • Travel advance control and accounting to optimize expenses and minimize financial risks.
  • Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closing processes to guarantee compliance and accuracy.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts to maintain a clear picture of the company's financial position.
  • Provide support for internal audits to ensure the smooth execution of audit procedures.
  • Organize accounting documents to facilitate efficient record-keeping and retrieval.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required to support the team's productivity.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Intermediate or advanced English knowledge to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to build strong relationships within the team.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Hands-on attitude, attention to detail, and a high level of commitment and accountability.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Teamwork and collaboration to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing business needs and priorities.
