We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Specialist to join our Integrated Team. This individual will play a pivotal role in preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with contractual commitments.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the market and be able to develop vision for a product line with a long-term perspective. They will lead business development planning processes and drive competitive pricing.

  • Key responsibilities include developing proposals, negotiating with customers, ensuring deals deliver shareholder value, and driving competitive pricing. The incumbent may also compile and submit required tender documentation.

The successful candidate will possess thorough technical knowledge and understanding of the environment where products and systems will be used. They will handle sales processes requiring technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.

This is a complex sales process that involves multiple stakeholders both internally and externally. Technical, economic, logistical, and financial aspects must be considered when creating a proposal.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proposal Development: Extensive experience in developing proposals, including researching market trends, analyzing customer needs, and creating compelling presentations.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and secure contracts.
