Executive Director of Growth Initiatives

This leadership role is responsible for guiding complex transactions from beginning to end, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and policies.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for long-range needs and uses of the University's real property assets, including acquisitions, development, leasing, and disposition of assets.
- Source and identify real estate direct investment opportunities and joint venture/equity partners, negotiating agreements as needed.
- Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as a management executive in real estate transactions, with advanced analytical skills in evaluating real estate investments.
- Ability to manage multiple relationships, maintain harmonious work relationships with colleagues, students, staff, faculty, and external partners.
- Strong organizational and management abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This role requires a seasoned professional with expertise in real estate markets and trends, able to drive key objectives and optimize financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successful transactions and be able to leverage their experience to lead this important initiative.
