Our Team

The Employee Onboarding Team delivers an inclusive, personalized, and engaging onboarding experience. We strive to empower new employees to succeed in their current roles and thrive in their future careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence (40%)
    • Ensure a smooth onboarding process by providing operational support, including course management, reporting, and identifying process improvements.
  • Workshop Facilitation (40%)
    • Co-facilitate onboarding sessions to create an engaging environment for new hires.
    • Collaborate with co-facilitators to drive audience engagement and comfortably interact with new hires.
    • Complete all pre-work and post-work alongside your facilitator.
  • Technology Optimization (20%)
    • Support the migration of processes and technical landscapes into the SuccessFactors Suite.
    • Serve as a process expert, identifying gaps in technology and initiating solutions to address challenges.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent workshop facilitation experience with a strong customer focus.
  • Strong execution skills, showcasing operational excellence in planning, organizing, and communicating.
  • Natural team player with the ability to build strong work relationships.
  • Very good knowledge of English; additional languages beneficial.
  • Experience with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
