Cybersecurity Services Technical Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Services Technical Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our OT cybersecurity services across Latin America.

As a key member of our pre-sales team, you will develop a qualified opportunity pipeline by delivering technical demonstrations, leading proof-of-concept engagements, and presenting tailored solutions to a range of stakeholders.

You will represent our cybersecurity services portfolio, focusing on the Verve Security Center platform. This is a high-impact, pre-sales role that requires a strong understanding of industrial automation systems and protocols, as well as experience with networking, virtualization, cybersecurity platforms, and wireless technology in industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor for OT cybersecurity solutions in Latin America.
  • Understand customer needs and align solutions accordingly.
  • Deliver technical and commercial presentations.
  • Lead product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  • Provide technical training and represent us at industry events.
  • Analyze market trends and maintain CRM data.
  • Provide product feedback for development.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in pre-sales or technical consulting, focusing on industrial networks and cybersecurity.
  • Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
