About the Role

You will work alongside skilled onshore and offshore specialists, supporting Defined Benefit occupational pension schemes. With expertise in areas such as Guaranteed Minimum Pensions (GMP), GMP Equalisation, and Barber period calculations, you will play a key role in driving improvement and efficiency across our delivery model.

We are looking for someone with strategic insight and hands-on skill to bring both creativity and problem-solving skills to the table. You will be accountable for delivering projects within your capacity and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Anticipate client needs and identify practical solutions to calculation suites.
  • Create tailored client solutions for complex service offerings.
  • Interact with third parties to clarify complex and technical queries.
  • Build confidence in expressing ideas in conference calls or dealing with challenging situations.
  • Provide an efficient, professional service to meet all client needs and promote the WTW brand.
Requirements
  • Strong background in UK occupational pensions.
  • Self-starter attitude and ability to work well within ambiguity.
  • Adeptness at learning new technology and tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and reasoning skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as a self-sustaining contributor or as part of a broader team.
