Job Title: Lead Machine Learning Engineer
We are seeking a skilled professional to spearhead the development and optimization of our recommendation systems.
As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing machine learning algorithms to enhance user experiences at scale.
Your mission will be to drive business growth by leveraging machine learning to improve data processing pipelines, design ranking algorithms, and deliver real-time personalization across key product surfaces.
You will own the modeling, feature engineering, data pipelines, and experimentation that make personalization smarter, faster, and more impactful.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience building and scaling production ML systems with measurable business impact, and a strong background in ranking algorithms (collaborative filtering, learning-to-rank, deep learning).
You will also have proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch), skilled with SQL and modern data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) plus data lakes, familiarity with distributed computing (Spark, Ray) and LLM/AI Agent frameworks.
A successful candidate will have a track record of improving business KPIs via ML-powered personalization and experience with A/B testing platforms and experiment logging best practices.
