About the Role

dLocal is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal teams and clients to provide voice of customer feedback.
  • Develop effective long-term key customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their goals and ambitions.
  • Prioritize discovery of customer strategic needs and initiatives.
  • Develop and align prioritized project plans for assigned accounts.
  • Develop Customer Success methodologies and own team initiatives.
  • Interact with different areas of the company.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Self-motivated and a natural problem solver.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Customer Success experience (B2B preferred).
  • Advanced Excel Skills.
  • Experience in payments is a significant advantage.
  • Background in Project Management or Customer Success Management.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Team spirit and proactive behavior.
