dLocal is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to provide voice of customer feedback.
- Develop effective long-term key customer relationships.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their goals and ambitions.
- Prioritize discovery of customer strategic needs and initiatives.
- Develop and align prioritized project plans for assigned accounts.
- Develop Customer Success methodologies and own team initiatives.
- Interact with different areas of the company.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Self-motivated and a natural problem solver.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Customer Success experience (B2B preferred).
- Advanced Excel Skills.
- Experience in payments is a significant advantage.
- Background in Project Management or Customer Success Management.
- Ability to travel.
- Team spirit and proactive behavior.
