Purpose: We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Customer Engagement Specialist with a passion for customer relations and project management to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
About the Role: As a Strategic Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining close relationships with a strategic group of customers. You will coordinate and prioritize business critical cases/events and ensure a high touch support experience.
Your Impact: You will have a significant impact on our customers' success by providing exceptional support and guidance. You will work closely with our Engineering, Product Team, SMEs, Accounts Teams, and inspire active engagement to ensure forward progress on support cases.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need 3 to 5 years of customer-facing experience as a Technical Account Manager, Designated Support Engineer, or in related areas. You will also need a strong technical background, with a minimum of 3 years' experience designing and developing, testing, and sustaining Python/Java/Scala based applications.
What We Look For: We are looking for an excellent communicator with demonstrable customer communication and coordination efforts. You should be able to take complex technical ideas and translate them to non-technical stakeholders.
