We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Development Specialist to join our team at Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. in Latin America Enterprise Business Department.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Strategic Account Development Specialist, you will be responsible for building key customer relationships, assisting in the development and maintenance of a partner ecosystem, and jointly planning and organizing branding activities at the regional level.

You will also act as the primary owner of regional-level projects and support the achievement of order and revenue targets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Relationship Building and Satisfaction Management
    • Gain insight, make decisions, and guide target industries/customers/regions.
    • Build and improve key customer relationships.
    • Be familiar with processes and IT systems related to enterprise customer satisfaction, identify customer issues, and drive resolution and closure.
  • Project Operation Capability
    • Serve as the owner/core member to successfully operate two regions, including the business department level in the China Region.
    • Team management: Lead CC4 members to achieve project objectives.
    • Resource coordination: Coordinate regional resources and resolve difficult issues in project operation.
  • Partner Development and Operation Capabilities
    • Have a deep understanding of partners' business rules, concepts, policies, and processes.
    • Effectively gain insight into the industry/customer partner circle, build the partner map of the responsible industry/customer/region, and continuously optimize the map.
    • Develop partners and have successful cooperation projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Industry Knowledge
    • Basic knowledge and solution scenarios of related industries/customer industries, including public safety, government, finance, transportation, and energy.
  • Customer Relationship Development and Management Methods
    • Analysis of the key decision-making chain, five key behaviors of customer development, and customer reception requirements.
  • Project Operation
    • Regulations on refined operation of sales projects, key factors for project success, key points of project analysis meetings.
  • Partner Cooperation
    • Partner policies, understanding of being integrated, partner strategies, and partner map planning methods.
  • Transaction Management
    • Enterprise partner sales process, enterprise transaction model, and partner business risk management.
  • Products and Solutions
    • Main product knowledge (datacom, storage, optical products, and cloud) and scenario-based industry solutions.
