Strategic Enterprise Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Account Executive and Solution Engineering teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior customers to drive loyalty and advocacy.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, support, enablement, product, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, working closely with them to develop clear, actionable plans that meet their business objectives.
  • Monitor customer usage trends, identifying potential renewal risks and opportunities for contract growth or optimization.
Requirements:
  • A customer-centric mindset with a proven track record in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Experience managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, including large enterprise corporate clients.
  • Strong knowledge of the B2B tech space and SaaS companies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences, including CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and DevOps professionals.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
