We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Strategic Enterprise Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients.

Sagan is a leading platform dedicated to group gifting, swag, and employee recognition. Our innovative solution enables companies to manage gifts and rewards for groups ranging from 5 to 20,000 employees, simplifying recognition, swag distribution, and engagement.

Job Overview:

In this critical role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide holistic support to new clients, ensuring their success with our platform. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive knowledge of our platform and its competitive positioning, conveying value to prospects through short-deck presentations and customized product demos tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Pipeline Management: Engage with mid-market and enterprise clients, managing the full sales cycle from initial interest through activation, with a monthly revenue forecast in HubSpot.
  • Product Expertise: Develop expertise in our platform and its competitive positioning, conveying value to prospects through short-deck presentations and customized product demos tailored to client needs.
  • Account Planning: Strategize and prioritize high-potential accounts in collaboration with the SDR team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Onboarding, Success, Product, and Service teams to provide holistic support to new clients.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in enterprise-level account management.
  • Demonstrated success in a top 10% sales position, with expertise in outbound acquisition.
  • Experience selling B2B platforms or solutions to HR departments or similar buyer profiles.
  • Strong consultative sales approach, quick problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in dynamic situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
