To enhance the capabilities of the QA Department by providing administrative and technical support to the Quality Engineer, thereby reinforcing organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare visual aids for effective communication with cross-functional teams.
- Track equipment calibration and prepare calibration lists to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the Quality Engineer or Quality Technician in executing engineering functions.
- Analyze data to prepare comprehensive reports and drive informed decision-making.
- Audit routine processes and products to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop machine programs to streamline production workflows.
- Maintain SPC status and monitor defect samples to ensure quality standards.
- Configure MES for new products to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Implement Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) procedures to mitigate risks.
- Presentation skills to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
- Problem-solving skills to define issues, collect data, and draw accurate conclusions.
- Advanced computer skills to operate personal computers and software applications.
- Expertise in Jabil's software packages to leverage technology-driven solutions.
- Excellent writing and reading skills to comprehend complex instructions and correspondence.
- Fundamental arithmetic skills using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
