Paid Social Manager

We are seeking a Paid Social Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms and the ability to develop and execute effective paid social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media plans that align with business objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, platforms, and technologies to inform strategy and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to establish and evolve paid social media strategy.
  • Ensure financial documentation compliance with agency procedures.
Requirements:
  • 6-8+ years of relevant agency experience required.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snap, etc.
  • Intermediate level understanding of Excel functions and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Facebook Ad Certification is a must.
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities.

Bonus Points: Experience with data analysis software, such as Tableau or Power BI, would be an asset.
