The Software Development Leader will own the solution architecture and technical roadmap for full-stack services on AWS, designing and implementing distributed systems for Fortune-500-level scale, reliability, and performance.
This role requires expertise in Golang, Python, and React, as well as experience in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, and public sector. The ideal candidate will also have proficiency with Jupyter/Google Colab for analysis and prototyping.
Responsibilities
- Owning solution architecture and technical roadmap for full-stack services on AWS.
- Designing and implementing distributed systems for Fortune-500-level scale, reliability, and performance.
- Productizing data by building services, pipelines, and APIs that turn data into customer-facing capabilities.
- Guiding hands-on development, code reviews, testing strategy, and CI/CD practices.
- Ensuring compliance, security-by-design, and auditability for regulated industries.
Requirements
- +5 years of experience with Golang, Python, and React.
- +5 years designing and operating AWS cloud architectures in production.
- +5 years building enterprise-scale distributed systems and SaaS products.
- Experience in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, and public sector.
- Proficiency with Jupyter/Google Colab for analysis and prototyping.
- Skilled across software, data, and infrastructure layers.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
