  • Promote and remind users of standard services to avoid recurring non-compliance.
  • Streamline and promote the self-service approach using standard solutions.
  • Support local organizations to utilize procurement services effectively through best practices sharing and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Provide on-the-job training to the user community on procurement solutions to reinforce compliance.
  • In case of process non-compliance, ensure stakeholders follow up to unblock the process.
About You

You will bring:

  • A degree or diploma in a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing domains.
  • Total fluency in English.
  • SAP experience in the domain.
  • A high level of initiative.
  • Customer-orientated with good problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to interact with all levels in the organization.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
