Job Responsibilities:- Performance Management: The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with distributors, partners, and their clients in various sales channels.
- Sales Planning: Create sales plans to achieve business objectives and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive growth and success.
- Customer Development: Identify potential customers for on-trade visits and develop strategies to increase sales through effective relationship-building and negotiation.
- Team Development: Develop a culture of excellence within the distribution team, ensuring they understand and adhere to company values.
- Analysis and Improvement: Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize sales performance.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with supervisors to plan and execute action plans to address performance gaps and drive business results.
- Sales Targets: Achieve sales targets for sell-in/sell-out by brand.
- Brand Presence: Increase brand presence in points of sale (PDVs) served by distributors.
- Culture and Values: Maintain a strong culture of company values: Fearless, Family, Founder.
