Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough analyses of client transactions to identify and halt any suspicious activities. Perform detailed verifications of users' activities to ensure adherence to standards. Process on-chain transactions of users who have not passed KYT verification. Collaborate across departments to address and resolve AML-related issues. Monitor user transaction activity continuously. Manage user requests received by the helpdesk on compliance topics.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in AML monitoring in the crypto and fintech field. Knowledge of current AML legislation (any country) or the latest FATF recommendations. Proficiency in handling and analyzing large volumes of data. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in English (at least level B2) is required. Knowledge of Russian is preferred. Work Schedule: 2/2 shift work from 3 pm to 3 am GMT-3.
