Electrical Construction Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of electrical systems on commercial, industrial, and specialty projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise electrical construction crews on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate with customers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity on all projects.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in electrical construction or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and supervising electrical construction crews.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.

Education/Work Experience/Certifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • OSHA 30 certification and aerial lift training.
  • Valid first aid and CPR certification.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and equipment.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software and electrical estimating programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Work is performed primarily in an outdoor environment with frequent exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, and weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Regularly required to walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl in various environments.
  • Must have excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.

  • Travel to job sites locally and out-of-state as required.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Conform to all company policies and procedures.
