  • Cost Tracking And Reporting: Implement and manage the Reflib process for cost optimization in the manufacturing unit. Collaborate with stakeholders to encourage idea generation, planning, execution, and implementation.
  • Accountability And Project Management: Manage cost-out projects and initiatives effectively. Ensure accountability for achieving cost reduction goals.
  • Effective Communication: Efficiently communicate with cross-functional teams, management, and other stakeholders.
 Required Skills and Qualifications: 
  • Familiarity with SAP for managing material data.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
